At Jeff Sutherland’s CSM Course in Zurich, I witnessed him lead the class through Joe Little’s Scrum Penny Game. It teaches the importance of small batches and optimizing the whole. You need 1 customer, 1 president (the customers boss), 4 workers, 4 managers (the workers bosses). Since we have 12 people and I didn’t want anyone left out we did the game with 5 workers and 5 managers.
