WebI’ve seen pictures of Syria and there are pictures of Bashar al Assad EVERYWHERE. One photo frame of Damascus has like 10 portraits of Bashar. It’s the same in most other dictatorships too. When I visited Saudi and the UAE, they plaster portraits of their king, gazing into the distance, all over their cities. What purpose does this accomplish? Now, we just need a mod that adds portraits to all NPCs that dont have one, like Hassuf or Verdell (cogh cogh). I remember a mod like that made for Baldurs Gate EE, it was called portraits portraits everywhere. It was the most immersive mod I ever seen.

WebPPE looks characters up by their exact filenames for its specific portraits. If a character's not in that list, the only chance they have of getting a portrait is from the "generic portraits" component. I believe the only mod PPE takes into account in its specific portraits is the BG1 NPC project. Always install PPE after BG1NPC.
