Web17 de fev. de 2024 · To make the hierarchy node derivation work, the hierarchy CDS view needs an additional field to indicate which field of the view contains the root node. The field is added as below: Here fieldname is an ABAP data type of CHAR(30). In this way, the view gets an addition field called 'NodeFieldname' which always filled with value 'GameMember'. WebReporting directly in the transactional ERP system (e.g. S/4HANA) using CDS Views is called Embedded Analytics. Here, the CDS Queries offer us the same options as with the SAP BW Queries from the Query Designer.
