WebAug 11, 2024 · Removed the fan and problem solved. Solution ended up being to spin the hot end around so heater was on the back away from the fan. It appears that the stock fan is always on and too powerful for the hotend when blowing directly onto the heater of the hotend during warm up. i also note that the mount has it angled downward.
