WebIf you aren't using substreams on your camera then you don't need continuous + alerts. I would highly advise using the substreams if available though. It saves on diskspace when recording no motion for 24/7 and it HIGHLY reduces CPU usage, as all motion detection is done on the substream. Seriously for that alone substreams are a must imho.
